Born in Khanh Hoa, central coast, South Vietnam, 1955. Graduated from School of Fine Arts, Saigon, 1989. Member of Khanh Hoa Artists Association. First solo exhibition in 1978 in Nha Trang, followed by several joint exhibitions in Dak Lac, Nha Trang, Hanoi (1980-1990). Latest solo show, 1995 in Nha Trang. Paints large oil canvases, sometimes influenced by Matisse, sometimes influenced by European surrealists. Latest series concerned with the impermanence of things, from traditions to the human body.
